Join friends and neighbors of Kingsbury for its 16th annual on-campus race. The beautiful terrain that makes up the 100 acres of our incredible campus will challenge both runners and walkers with trails, roads, meadows, and hills in a 5K course that will be as memorable as it is demanding. In addition to the 5K race or obstacle race, a Free Fun Glow Run for younger runners will take place after the completion of the 5K race and obstacle run.
Gift Cards from Hanson's Running Shop will be awarded to the top three male and top three female 5K participants 15+. ($25, $15, $10 for both male and female winners)
Prizes will also be awarded to the top 5k male and female finishers 14 and under.
The registration fee is $25 until September 1st $35 September 2nd - 25th and $40 to sign up on race day. Racers who register and pay by September 1, 2025 are guaranteed to receive a commemorative Kingsbury 5k Custom finisher medal.

Join friends and neighbors and conquer the Cougar Mudder 5K Obstacle Course Race. You will climb over walls, crawl under obstacles, complete different tasks, and traverse all types of dry and wet terrain. This is meant for friends to work together and challenge each other to try new things and have fun.
No sign up needed for the free Fun Glow Run.
The course consists of wooded trails, meadows, gravel, hills, and uneven terrain.
Entry fees includes: post-race refreshment, glow sticks, top finisher prizes for the 5k, and finisher medal while supplies last (Register and pay by September 1st to be guaranteed your swag)
