Empower yourself through movement this spring as Strava partners with For All Mothers+, a 501c(3) nonprofit dedicated to advancing maternal equity via sport. This special day is designed for moms who balance the demands of motherhood, career, and personal wellness. Join us in celebrating the resilience and strength that comes from embracing an active lifestyle.
The event kicks off at 7:30 AM with a warm welcome and check-in where you can pick up your race packet and meet fellow participants. At 7:45 AM, Strava and For All Mothers+ leaders will address the group, sharing insights on how sport can be a powerful tool for maternal empowerment.
Following the opening remarks at 8:00 AM, everyone is invited to participate in an energizing group warm-up tailored to all fitness levels. The main event begins promptly at 8:15 AM with your choice of activities. You can opt for a scenic 5k run/walk that welcomes strollers and offers a flat course suitable for runners and walkers alike. Alternatively, you might prefer the indoor workout option available in our fully equipped facility.
To ensure comfort throughout the event, lactation support spaces and family-friendly restrooms are provided for all attendees. Our welcoming area features a designated family zone where kids of all ages can enjoy coloring activities and games while parents participate or relax nearby under adult supervision only.
After your chosen activity at 9:00 AM, stick around to socialize with fellow participants over complimentary food and refreshments in our post-event gathering space. It's the perfect opportunity to connect and share stories about your journey towards an active lifestyle.
