Kerins O'Rahillys Gaa Club Annual 5k &10k 2027

On January 31, 2027, runners will converge on the picturesque coastal city for the annual Winter Run. This scenic event offers two distances: a challenging 10k that winds through snow-dusted streets and along winding waterfront paths, and a more relaxed 5k route designed to showcase the vibrant local community.
Participants can look forward to crisp winter air and stunning views of the coastline as they navigate the diverse terrain. The race begins at the bustling city center square where runners will be greeted by cheering crowds and lively music before heading out into the serene countryside. As temperatures drop, the event's finish line area transforms into a festive hub with warm refreshments and medals ready for all participants.
The entry fees of 30 euros for the 10k and 25 euros for the 5k include chipped race numbers to ensure accurate timing as well as commemorative finisher’s medals. This run is not just about crossing the line; it's an experience that celebrates winter in a unique coastal setting, offering runners both a competitive challenge and a chance to enjoy the beauty of the season.
