JUST RUN10 Daejeon Second Half 2026 invites runners to experience the vibrant city of Daejeon on November 7, 2026, with two exciting race distances: a scenic 5 km run and an energizing 10 km course. Organized by Running Breaker Co., Ltd. under the supervision of the National Running Association, this event offers runners not only challenging routes but also memorable rewards.
The race begins at Gapcheon Running Hub in Daejeon on Saturday morning at 9:00 AM sharp, with both races starting and finishing near Expo Bridge for a seamless start and finish experience. The shorter distance turns around Hanaro Apartment, while the longer route extends further to Suchim Bridge before returning to the finish line.
Participants can choose between two distances based on their preferences:
- 5 km: Offering a moderate challenge at KRW 45,000 per entry (1,000 spots available).
- 10 km: Providing a more substantial test of endurance for runners willing to pay KRW 50,000 each (3,000 slots).
Runners will receive several benefits prior and during the event. Ahead of race day, participants can expect an advance shipment including a performance T-shirt, bib number, and timing chip. On-site at Gapcheon Running Hub, runners are greeted with post-race refreshments such as drinks and snacks to help them recover.
The 10 km division also includes cash prizes for the top finishers:
- First place: KRW 500,000
- Second place: KRW 300,000
- Third place: KRW 200,000
- Fourth place: KRW 100,000
Additionally, there is a prize drawing for all participants, with one hundred lucky runners selected to receive valuable prizes like gold bars, Garmin smartwatches, Dyson hair dryers, sporting-goods gift certificates, Starbucks tumblers, and health-food gift sets.
Registration opens on September 2, 2026, at 5:01 PM, allowing ample time for participants to secure their spots before the deadline of October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM. Accurate shipping information must be provided during registration to ensure timely delivery of all pre-race items.
