For young athletes between the ages of 6-8, the triathlon course includes a swim of 50 meters followed by a bike ride of 1 kilometer and concludes with a run of 300 meters. The same age group also has an option for duathlon, featuring a running segment of 300 meters, cycling over 1 kilometer, and another run to complete the day. Participants aged 9-11 can look forward to triathlons that involve swimming 100 meters, riding their bikes for two kilometers, and finishing with a half-kilometer jog. The duathlon event is equally exciting, starting with a 600-meter run, followed by cycling over the same distance of one kilometer, and ending with another 600-meter sprint. For those aged 12-14, the triathlon challenges them to swim for two hundred meters, cycle three kilometers, and then run fifteen hundred meters. The duathlon event in this age category includes a nine-hundred meter run, cycling over an impressive distance of three thousand meters, and another nine-hundred-meter running segment. Athletes aged 15 years and older are invited to take on triathlons that feature a swim of three hundred meters, followed by five kilometers on the bike, and concluding with eighteen hundred meters of running. The duathlon event for this age group is equally demanding, beginning with fifteen hundred meters of running, cycling over eight thousand meters, and then finishing with another fifteen-hundred-meter run. Relay teams are welcome to participate in both triathlon and duathlon events, adding an element of teamwork and camaraderie to the day's activities. Entry fees for participants under 18 years old are just five euros, while adults pay ten euros per person. Relay team entry costs fifteen euros regardless of how many members join.
