The CESMAC Beach Games 2026 invite the academic community to engage in beach sports, fostering integration, health, and well-being among participants. The event is open to regularly enrolled students, faculty members, and administrative staff. Registration for this year's games opens on September 25th and closes on October 26th. Entry fees are a symbolic R$20 per sport or activity, which includes participation in the arenas, official refereeing, hydration stations, and medals upon completion of events. A variety of sports will be featured, including beach soccer with up to 13 players per team for both men's and women's divisions; sand handball teams consisting of seven athletes each (four starters plus three reserves); tug-of-war competitions with six participants per mixed-gender team. Volleyball, beach tennis, futsal, altinha, aquathlon (a run followed by a swim in the ocean), and pool swimming are also part of the lineup. Medals and trophies will be awarded to the top three finishers in each category for both male and female competitors.
