Celebrating its tenth anniversary this year on Sunday, November 8th, 2026, this event marks a decade of joyous races along the picturesque Tom Taylor Trail in Fairy Lake Park.
The Jelly Bean 5K has long been cherished for its scenic and flat course that caters to runners and walkers alike. The route winds through serene woodland paths and open trails, offering breathtaking views at every turn. Whether you're an experienced runner or a casual walker, the race is designed with flexibility in mind—take your time and enjoy the journey.
New this year, young racers can join in on the fun with the 1K Kids' Fun Run starting at 10:00 AM sharp! This special addition to the event ensures that all ages can participate and share in the excitement. The kids’ race is a delightful introduction for our youngest runners to experience the thrill of crossing the finish line.
For adults, the main event kicks off promptly at 10:30 AM with the 5K run/walk. Participants will receive an array of perks including JB5K-branded gloves and chip timing by Enfield Timing. Notable highlights include a midway jelly bean aid station to fuel your journey and finisher medals for all who complete the race.
Race day festivities also feature post-race snacks, with plenty more delicious jelly beans waiting at the finish line to celebrate everyone's achievements. Top male and female runners will be awarded special prizes, while additional surprise bonuses are in store as well!
Registration fees start at a discounted early bird rate of $50 for the first 50 entrants only (regular price is $75 plus tax & fees), ensuring that participation remains accessible to all.
