About the Event

On October 10, 2026, the Broekpolder area of Vlaardingen will host the second annual "Janlouterloop," organized by AV Fortuna. The proceeds from this race benefit 'Support Casper,' a part of the Foundation for Living with Adenocarcinoma, which supports individuals affected by this deadly form of cancer that claims around 8 to 10 lives daily in the Netherlands.
The event is dedicated to Jan Louter, who was a beloved trainer for several running groups at AV Fortuna. Participants will run through scenic routes in Broekpolder, enjoying its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings while supporting an important cause. The race offers runners the opportunity to contribute positively to society by raising funds that help those battling adenocarcinoma.
Online pre-registration is open until October 9, 2026, with no on-site registration available for this event.
Registration closes at midnight on October 9th.
Participants are encouraged to sign up early as spots may fill quickly.
