Jaipur Ultra Marathon: An Endurance Challenge Beyond Limits
The Jaipur Ultra Marathon, organized by The Desert Sports, invites runners to explore the rugged and historic landscapes of Rajasthan. This endurance challenge offers two distances—25 km and 50 km—for both seasoned marathoners and those seeking a rigorous adventure.

The race courses are meticulously designed to test runners' physical stamina and mental resilience. Participants will traverse through challenging terrains that include steep elevations, sandy paths, and lush agricultural fields.
### Race Options
#### 25 Km Run (Endurance Test)
- Distance: 25 km
- Start Time: 5:00 AM
- Cut-off Time: 5 hours
This distance is suitable for runners with previous experience in long-distance running. The course features a mix of rugged roads and sand, offering stunning views along the way.
#### 50 Km Ultra Run (Ultimate Challenge)
- Distance: 50 km
- Start Time: 5:00 AM
- Cut-off Time: 8 hours
Designed for experienced marathoners and ultra-marathon runners, this route includes a significant elevation gain of approximately 500 meters. The course winds through the scenic villages around Jaipur, including Amer Fort and Lohagarh Fort Resort.
### What You Can Expect
Participants will be rewarded with an exclusive finisher trophy and medal upon completion. Additionally, all runners receive:
- Official race T-shirt
- Non-timing BIB for accurate tracking
- E-Certificate of achievement
- Fresh breakfast post-race
- Medical support throughout the event
The route includes various challenges such as bad roads between Village Khurad and Kukas Resort, uphill sections in Amer and Chapri Village, and a run through the rural beauty of Moda Agriculture Zone.
### Important Notes
Registration fees are non-refundable once submitted. Entries cannot be transferred to another participant. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or change venue due to unforeseen circumstances.
All participants must follow race rules:
- Wear BIB numbers visibly throughout.
- No wheeled vehicles allowed on the course.
- Tampering with BIB tags results in disqualification from receiving an official finish time.
Age requirements are 16 years for the 25 km run and 18 years for the 50 km ultra-run. Participants must ensure they are physically fit before registering, especially those with pre-existing medical conditions.
