This 5th edition celebration of IRONMAN Philippines features a full Ironman distance: a 3.8km ocean swim in calm, open water at Subic Bay Boardwalk beachfront, followed by a 180km hilly bike ride through the wide, fast, and scenic expressways of NLEX and SCTEX (2-loop course), and finishing with a 42.2km rolling run through the lively Subic Bay Freeport Zone where crowds, culture, and coastal beauty come together to fuel athletes to the finish.

Event Logistics and Participant Information:

• Weather Conditions: High air temperature approximately 88°F / 31°C, low air temperature approximately 76°F / 25°C, average water temperature approximately 84°F / 29°C.
• Swim Course: 3.8km single loop (for full distance). Participants start at Subic Bay Boardwalk beachfront, swim counterclockwise – straight 650 meters, left at first red buoy (600 meters), left at second red buoy (650 meters) back to beach. The swim is calm and flat.
• Bike Course: 180km 2-loop course on SCTEX expressway. Start bike from Dewey Blvd cor Labitan St, left on Sampson Road, left on Burgos St, right on Rizal Highway, left on SFEX, enter SCTEX for 2 loops, return to SBMA, right on Rizal Highway, right on Aim High Ave, right on Efficiency Ave, left on SBECC exit gate towards transition 2.
• Run Course: 42.2km rolling run through the lively Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
