Iga-han is a loop of about 60 km with roughly 670 m of climbing around Iga City in Mie, the ninja homeland, for beginner to intermediate riders. It is set at about half the difficulty of the full Iga-ichi route, hence the name. The ride starts from the former Nagata Elementary School and is a gourmet ride with local food at the aid stations, not a race against the clock. Riders download the DIIIG app and complete missions at each checkpoint, and finishers receive a certificate with their name, which can be a handle, and time. A photo contest runs alongside, with prizes by lottery for posts tagged #igahan, and guest and support riders are due to take part. Entry is 9,500 yen with a participation gift or 8,000 yen without one, with the same aid station food either way. Course D comes with 100 g of sliced Iga beef for gyudon, a local beef rarely sold outside the city. Course E comes with Asuhare asparagus tea from Zuiun Farm, a health tea also served at the aid stations.
