Hyrox Simulation

On Sunday, November 22nd, Fit Body Farm will host its 25th Hyrox simulation event. This exciting day features both youth and adult categories to cater to all fitness enthusiasts. Adult participants will have a variety of options to choose from including Hyrox Half (reduced distance/reps with 500m runs), Full Stations combined with half-distance running or biking alternatives. The day is designed to simulate real-life Hyrox events, providing an authentic experience for all competitors.
The event kicks off early at 8:45 AM with a briefing session for the young stars followed by a full day of activities until around 4 PM. Participants can expect personalized assistance from experienced coaches who will guide them through proper form and technique, ensuring everyone stays on track throughout their workout journey.
Entry fees include:
- Hyrox Youngstars & Half Singles: £17.50
- Full Individual (for those aged 16+): £27.50
- Full Doubles (£32.50 total or £16.25 per person for pairs)
