On October 25, 2026, runners will converge on San Francisco for an exhilarating urban trail adventure. The race takes participants through some of the city's most iconic venues and scenic landscapes, starting at Kezar Stadium and ending at Running Wylder. Spanning nearly 13 miles with over 2,000 feet of elevation gain, this course is a true test of endurance and teamwork. Teams consist of up to five runners who can strategize how they want to divide the segments among themselves. Each team pays $50 for entry into what promises to be an epic race day experience. The total prize pool goes entirely to the winning team, making every mile crucial in this competitive event. The course weaves through some of San Francisco's most recognizable parks and landmarks: Golden Gate Park, Sutro Forest, Lands End Trail, Glen Canyon, and Twin Peaks. Each segment ranges from 2.3 to 2.6 miles with varied elevation changes that challenge runners both physically and mentally. Participants are encouraged to download their specific route ahead of time via Strava or the Movemint app for a seamless experience during race day. The course lacks traditional markers, so having your section memorized is key to navigating through this urban trail adventure successfully. The event features five distinct segments that highlight different parts of San Francisco's diverse terrain and scenery: 1. A 2.3-mile stretch in Golden Gate Park with rolling hills. 2. A challenging 2.68-mile segment winding through Sutro Forest, known for its steep climbs. 3. The scenic Lands End Trail covering a distance of 2.73 miles along the rugged coastline. 4. Another 2.51-mile route that takes runners up and down Glen Canyon's trails. 5. Finishing strong with a final push over Twin Peaks in a 2.67-mile segment. Runners will not only enjoy breathtaking views but also immerse themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of San Francisco, making this event both competitive and memorable. Whether you're an experienced trail runner or looking to tackle new challenges, this race offers something unique for everyone involved. Join fellow runners on October 25th to experience one of the most scenic urban trails races in the Bay Area!
