Höstfemman 2026

On Wednesday, September 30, IFK Umeå is hosting the "Höstfemman" race as part of Västerbottningens Grand Prix. The event takes place at Vakin parking on Ön and features a 5 km course with two laps around a controlled asphalt track.
Participants will receive timing chips attached to their shoelaces, which they must return after the race; failure to do so incurs a fee of 500 SEK. Numbers and chips can be picked up from 17:30 at the event venue. The last day for online registration is Sunday, September 27.
The entry fee is 150 SEK per person. Late registrants on race day must pay an additional 100 SEK via Swish or cash (only even denominations accepted).
There are no shower or changing facilities available at the event site. All finishers will receive a commemorative plaque for their accomplishment.
