Starting at 6:30 AM, this beginner-friendly yet competitive race features a 400m swim at Obelisk Beach, a 15km 5-lap bike on traffic-free Chowder Bay Road, and a 4km 2-lap run through the bush tracks of Middle Head Reserve. With discounted entry for BTC and Warringah Tri Club members, this event is the perfect introduction for newcomers and a fast-paced hit-out for experienced triathletes.
