Hinton's Run in the Rockies

Hinton's Run in the Rockies returns to Hinton, Alberta on Saturday, September 19th for its third year. The event offers runners a challenging course through the trails of the Hinton Nordic Centre and is open to all who wish to test their limits or enjoy a scenic run.
Race morning at the Nordic Centre sees clear blue skies typical for early fall in Alberta. Runners can expect firm, slightly soft trail conditions underfoot as they navigate the varied terrain. The 10km race begins and ends just outside the centre's entrance on Pine Lake Drive. Participants will encounter moderate UV levels, necessitating sun protection.

Bibs can be picked up one hour before the start at the Hinton Nordic Centre on Pine Lake Drive starting from 6:30 AM on September 19th. Runners are required to bring their confirmation email or printed registration receipt along with a government-issued ID if they wish to participate in age category awards.
