HiddenPeak Running Aberdeen Group Training - Hazelhead Meet & Retreat

Get ready for an electrifying evening of competition and camaraderie at the Meet & Retreat session on Tuesday, November 3rd, from 6pm to 7pm. Gather at Hazlehead Park’s top running track before heading out onto a nearby 900m street loop for an unpredictable workout that mixes mystery with high-octane fun.
The challenge: You’ll be randomly paired up and set off in opposite directions around the circuit, racing until you meet your partner for a quick high five or hand raise. Then it’s back to the start line as fast as possible, aiming to beat them there. After a brief recovery period that will be announced on the day, you'll dive right into more intense loops.
The twist: Your success depends partly on luck—your partner could run at any pace compared to yours. This adds an element of strategy and excitement, making each loop unique as you adjust your speed accordingly.
This event is open to all runners regardless of experience level or pace; it’s about effort, teamwork, and pushing yourself while having fun. The friendly atmosphere ensures everyone feels supported throughout the session.
Join us for a night packed with energy, laughter, and personal growth in this one-of-a-kind running challenge. Cost: £6 per person. Payment is made via EntryCentral. Please note that refunds are not available except under circumstances where the event must be canceled by organizers.
