Participants are free to choose their own distance targets based on individual preferences and comfort levels. Even if you fall short of the mark, all efforts will still be recognized as part of this supportive community initiative. However, please note that activities such as treadmill runs, household chores, roller skating, or walking your neighbor's dog won't qualify for official tallying.
