We'll have an early morning check-in, music, dancing, and a special guest fitness warm-up before the 5K begins at 9:30 AM.

Following the walk, participants and families can enjoy our community wellness vendors, children's activities, HER Memory remembrance area, and additional community engagement until 1:00 PM.
