This year marks the second edition of this exciting cyclocross race, offering participants an immersive journey through Meadow Farm Museum's living farm exhibit, where you'll encounter real-life livestock like cows, pigs, and sheep. The course weaves around the northern boundary of HenBIKEo’s main event area, held from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Designed with family-friendly elements in mind, this event showcases cycling opportunities while highlighting local organizations and businesses dedicated to making RVA a safer and more accessible place for cyclists. Racers can look forward to refreshments provided by Waffles on Wheels, known for their delicious Belgian waffles, and Dentwood Coffee Co., which offers unique coffee blends inspired by HenBIKEo. For those keen on cycling series points, the race is part of Virginia Cyclocross (VACX) standings. Registration opens online until September 11th at 8:00 PM; day-of registration closes 30 minutes before your race start time and costs $40 for the first event plus an additional $10 per subsequent race. Series winners must pre-register, provide their category via email to [email protected], and will receive a special entry fee of $6.00.
