RegisterThe 9th annual Hanukkah Hot Cocoa Run is a timed 5k and 1 mile race with a free 1k untimed run for all ages and abilities. The run stars and ends at the Tucson JCC in the Jill Rosenzweig Memorial Sculpture Garden with an out and back course on the Rillito River Path. There is a 5k run/walk, 1 mile run/walk, and 1k free fun run/walk. Shirts are included in the registration for the 5k and 1 mile. Shirts for 1k participants can be purchased for $15 each. Register before 11/15 to guarantee your shirt size!
Pre-race pick up will be held at the Tucson JCC on Friday 12/5 from 1-5:30pm.
Check-in on race day, Sunday 12/7, will open at 7am with pre-race warm up and announcement for the 5k starting at 7:45am, race time is 8am! The 1 mile starts at 8:45am and 9am the 1k starts. Winners announced and prizes distributed at 9:15am.
Top finishers will receive a race mug or tumbler depending on placement and registration, all participants enjoy hot chocolate & sufganiyot (jelly donuts) at the end of their run!
5k Race Age Divisions: top 3 for men & women in each division will receive a race mug!
Top 3 overall men & women finishers will receive a race tumbler.
1 mile age divisions: top men & women finishers will receive a race mug!
Random participant raffle prizes will be chosen on race day morning. Prizes include:
