Grievances & Gratitude Run – Let Go, Run Free, Embrace the Positive! 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon

All participants will receive a medal, and you have the option to take part in the "Let Go and Affirmation" activity, or simply enjoy the run—it's entirely up to you. We believe this is a fun and positive way to kick off 2025, setting the tone for a great year ahead!

How it Works:

Let Go Before You Go: Before the run, write down anything you want to release—your grievances, frustrations, or things weighing you down. Drop them into our burn containers or "goodbye" containers, leaving the negative energy behind.

Run Free: Take off on a scenic race, clearing your mind and body as you move forward, step by step.
Affirmations Await: Cross the finish line and head to our New Year Mantra Board, where you'll collect a positive affirmation to inspire your journey ahead. Start the new year with fresh energy, purpose, and gratitude!

This race isn’t just about physical fitness—it's a chance to embrace emotional wellness and set a positive tone for the year ahead.

About Our Courses: Our courses are open, which means you'll be sharing the path with other runners, walkers, and beachgoers. Safety is our top priority, so please stay on the pedestrian side of the beach path. The courses are well-marked, with water stations and restrooms available along the way.

Half Marathon Start Time: 7:00 am

Street parking is free. Parking machines are $2.00 per hour.
