(Great Views and Hot Spring) Osaka Katano Scenic Trail Run 14 km - Beginner Workshop (【絶景と温泉】大阪・交野絶景トレイルラン14km｜初級講習会)

This 14 km beginner trail workshop in Katano, Osaka, passes a hidden waterfall and a lovely wetland, a bamboo grove that feels like a period drama set, and the thrilling viewpoint nicknamed the Ayers Rock of Osaka. The day includes a technique session covering etiquette, clothing and equipment, and how to climb and descend trails safely.
It suits runners new to trails, road runners curious about nature running, runners in their 40s and 50s who want to learn downhill technique and gear basics, and anyone who prefers a small group to going alone.
The event is led by a trail running coach with more than 15 years of trail running and over 14 years of coaching experience. The organizer holds a moshicom rating of about 4.79 across more than 1,600 reviews and has won the platform's user satisfaction award two years in a row.
