GRC Coastal 5K

About the Event

The North Coast 5K Race offers runners an unforgettable experience along the stunning Antrim Coast Road. This fast and flat course begins in Carnlough and concludes in Glenarm, providing participants with breathtaking coastal views throughout their run.
Upon registration at Glenarm Beach Front car park from 5pm to 6:30pm on race day, all runners receive a chip timing system for accurate results. A complimentary shuttle bus service transports racers to the start line at Carnlough, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience before the race begins.
The event culminates with live music provided by a DJ at the finish line, creating an energetic atmosphere as participants cross the finish line. All runners are treated to a hearty burger in celebration of their achievement.
To ensure safety for younger racers, those aged 12-15 must run accompanied by an adult and complete a parental consent form during registration or number pick-up. Refunds are not available once entries close; however, substitutions can be arranged through the SiEntries platform if necessary.
Parking is readily accessible in Glenarm village at both the Harbour car park and sea front area for those traveling by vehicle. Join us on this iconic route and enjoy a memorable evening of running along Northern Ireland's picturesque coastline.
The race starts promptly at 7pm, offering participants an opportunity to experience the beauty of the North Coast under the soft glow of twilight skies.
