About the Event

Join Goochland YoungLife Saturday, April 11th at 9:00 am for our Third Annual 5K race. Come run or walk 3.1 miles in support of sending students to summer camp!

Top finishers will be adorned with applause and awards. All participants receive t-shirts, post-race snacks, and a chance for extra prizes at the finish line. Register by March 27th for a guaranteed t-shirt.
100% of proceeds and donations go directly to sending students to Lake Champion YoungLife Camp this summer.
Start/Finish at Goochland High School's back parking lot. The course will run through the Holland Hills Neighborhood.
Check-in/Walk-up Registration opens at 8:15 am. The race begins at 9:00 am.

Goochland is a census-designated place (CDP) in and the county seat of Goochland County, Virginia, United States. The population as of the 2020 census was 899, up from 861 in 2010. The community is also known as Goochland Courthouse or by an alternative spelling, Goochland Court House. It derives its name from the fact that the community is the location of the county's court house, while the county in turn is named for Sir William Gooch, 1st Baronet, the royal lieutenant governor of Virginia from 1727 to 1749.
