About the Event

The 2026 Geelong Half Marathon is on Sunday 12th April, 2026, 7:30am. Entries are now open. The annual Geelong Half Marathon takes place on a fast, scenic course around the beautiful Barwon River in Geelong. Our 5 km Run is ideal for those looking for a shorter challenge. We cap entry numbers to limit congestion for parking, at toilets and drink stations, and on the course. We pride ourselves on running a relatively simple, friendly and affordable event over a great course. As well as being the Geelong Cross Country Club’s annual fundraiser, your entry fees directly support Geelong’s University Hospital, particularly the Andrew Love Cancer Centre.
