Starting 5:30 AM on Sunday, August 23 from Fenggang Garden, Shenzhen, this 22K training route climbs 1,766m (ITRA ~1 point) from Nigang C to Zijianyuan. Registration is first-come, first-served, with early-bird pricing through August 6. Named for the four hills it links -- Yinhu, Meilin, Tanglang, and Chaguang -- the "Yinmei-Tanglang-Cha" line is a fixture among Shenzhen trail runners: a moderately difficult, scenic ridgeline traverse along the Kunpeng Trail, crossing the Kunpeng No.1 bridge, threading the "Big Skull" rock formations, passing the cliffside "Flying Rock," and topping out at Jimu Pavilion for a full skyline view of the city -- a fitting close to a summer of training. Bag transfer is provided from start to finish; return transport from the finish is on runners themselves.
