The GKC Links HBCU Walk/RunSunday, October 11, 2026 marks the 9th Annual HBCU Walk and Scholarship Fundraiser, sponsored by theGreater Kansas City (MO) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.Since 2016, we've raised scholarship funds for students from the Kansas City metro area attending historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs) across the country.The walk is held in loving memory of our late member Yvonne Houston, a Florida A&M University alumna, whose love for her HBCU continues to inspire us to carry her legacy forward.Join us for an afternoon of community, movement, and purpose, and help us send another class of Kansas City students to the HBCU of their dreams.By participating in this event, I acknowledge and understand the following:I hereby knowingly assume the risk of injury, harm, and loss associated with the activity, including any injury, harm, and loss caused by negligence, fault, or conduct of any kind on the part of the Released Parties.All Race Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE
