Fremington Frenzy

Conquer the heather‑clad moorlands of Arkengarthdale at the **Fremington Frenzy on Saturday, March 28, 2026, in Reeth, North Yorkshire**. This 11km trail race offers a perfect introduction to the DalesRunner stable—a shorter, friendlier sibling to the DR20, yet still packed with spectacular ascents, technical descents, and breathtaking views down Swaledale. The route launches runners up a steep first climb before rewarding them with a thrilling descent through historic hushes, then follows Arkle Beck through the Heggs‑Castle Renaturing Project back toward the finish at Low Fremington Village Hall.
