Frampton 10k

Frampton-on-Severn's annual 10K race returns as one of the summer’s most anticipated events, set to take place on July 5, 2027. This accurately measured course offers runners an opportunity to experience a flat and fast route through the charming village of Frampton-on-Severn, located just two miles west of M5 Junction 13.
The race starts at 19:00, providing participants with ample evening daylight to enjoy the scenic run along well-maintained paths. New for this year’s edition is a unique metal souvenir medal awaiting all finishers, adding an extra layer of memorability and pride to crossing the line.
For those competing in individual or team categories, there are generous prizes up for grabs from Bateman Sports. Top male and female runners will receive vouchers worth £50, £30, and £20 respectively, while teams placing first through third will earn vouchers totaling £90, £60, and £30.
Age category winners in the Veteran divisions (V40 upwards) also have something to look forward to: free entry into the Stroud 10K race held in October. The competition is intense but rewarding for those who excel across various age groups.
Participants should be aware of a strict time limit of 90 minutes; any runners not completing within this timeframe will miss out on official finish times and medals. Additionally, there are no changing rooms or showers available at the venue, so plan accordingly with your race day attire.
Race transfers can still be made online via Eventrac until June 1st by midnight, ensuring you have enough time to secure your spot in advance of the event’s general release date on February 27th at noon.
