Foulées Mannevillaises

On November 22, 2026, runners of all abilities are invited to participate in a morning foot race and an afternoon bike-and-run event. The day begins with two running courses: a scenic 5-kilometer route and a more challenging 10-kilometer option. Both races start early in the morning, with the 10K kicking off at 10:00 AM followed by the 5K starting ten minutes later.
The afternoon session offers three family-friendly cycling and running combinations on a shorter course format. Participants can choose between two distances—3 kilometers for those looking to enjoy a short but sweet experience, or double that distance with the more adventurous 6-kilometer option. These events are designed to be inclusive, catering to both experienced athletes and casual participants.
The courses wind through picturesque local landscapes, providing runners and cyclists alike with stunning views and an enjoyable atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a quick morning run or an afternoon of family fun, there's something for everyone on this special day in November.
Participants can look forward to engaging routes that highlight the beauty of the region while offering varying levels of challenge suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
