Formation Posturo

The French Federation of Cycling is offering an introductory course on postural studies tailored for cyclists, aimed at enhancing performance and preventing injuries through ergonomic optimization. This comprehensive training program covers the fundamentals necessary to conduct thorough posture assessments.
Participants will learn how to diagnose a cyclist's position, evaluate intrinsic characteristics such as anthropometrics and functional traits, analyze pedaling kinematics, and optimize three critical systems: foot-pedal interface, pelvis-saddle alignment, and hand-grip positioning. The course includes hands-on experience with the tools needed for conducting these assessments.
Scheduled to take place at the National Cycling Center in Trappes from December 3-4, 2026, this limited-capacity session accommodates just ten attendees. Early bird pricing is set at €700 (regular future sessions will cost €1400).
The training consists of an e-learning module totaling 23 hours and a two-day practical workshop on-site.
