Formation Posturo

The French Cycling Federation is set to host an exclusive training session focusing on posture studies for cyclists, designed to enhance performance and injury prevention. This comprehensive course covers the essential knowledge and skills needed to optimize cycling ergonomics through a structured method validated by experts in biomechanics and cycling science.
Participants will learn how to conduct thorough postural assessments, including intrinsic characteristic evaluations (anthropometric and functional), pedaling kinematics analysis, and optimization of key systems such as foot-pedal interface, pelvic-saddle alignment, and hand-grip positioning. The training includes hands-on experience with specialized tools for conducting these studies.
The course is divided into two parts: an e-learning module consisting of 23 hours of online content followed by a practical session over two days at the National Cycling Center's campus in Trappes (7 Rue Edouard Branly, 78190 Trappes). This limited enrollment event will welcome only ten participants for an introductory rate of €700.
For those interested in this unique opportunity to improve their cycling ergonomics and performance, registrations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Further details regarding online registration can be obtained by contacting [email protected] or calling 01.81.88.09.49.
