Flisa is the administrative centre of Åsnes Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village lies at the confluence of the rivers Flisa and Glomma. The Norwegian National Road 2 and the Solørbanen railway line both pass through the village. The village of Kjellmyra is located about 3 kilometres (1.9 mi) to the south, the village of Sønsterud is about 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) to the northeast, and the village of Gjesåsen is about 6 kilometres (3.7 mi) to the north.
