Join us for a laid-back, high-energy 3-mile group run where we’ll be demoing the brand-new Brooks Glycerin Flex—built for smooth, flexible miles and all-day comfort. Whether you’re here to push the pace or just cruise with friends, this run is all about moving, testing fresh gear, and having a good time doing it.

After the run, stick around for coffee, snacks, and plenty of post-run hangs. Expect good vibes, great company, and a chance to connect with your local running community while putting some fun miles in. No pressure, no rules—just show up, lace up, and Flex the Rule with us.
