FIT INDIA Bengaluru Run 2026 invites runners of all ages and fitness levels to come together on Sunday, August 23, 2026, for an exhilarating day celebrating health and national pride. The race begins at the ITI Gate Road in Dooravani Nagar, KR Puram, Bengaluru.
Participants can choose from four distances: a challenging 21.09 km timed run, a scenic 10 km course, a family-friendly 5 km route, or a fun-filled 3 km non-timed option designed for young runners and costumed participants. Each distance offers unique terrain and stunning views of the city's iconic landmarks.
The event promises an unforgettable experience with vibrant music, enthusiastic crowds cheering along the way, and well-marked routes ensuring clear direction throughout the race. Hydration stations are strategically placed to keep everyone refreshed as they push their limits under professional guidance.
Top finishers in each age category will be awarded prestigious trophies, medals, certificates, and shields for their outstanding performance. All participants receive an official event t-shirt, a finisher medal, breakfast refreshments, and access to exclusive photos and videos captured during the race.
Safety is paramount at FIT INDIA Bengaluru Run 2026 with first-aid stations positioned throughout the course and medical support readily available should any participant require assistance. Registration fees vary based on distance: ₹1,499 for the timed runs (21.09 km & 10 km), ₹899 for the 5 km route, and ₹499 for the non-timed run or costume category. Early bird discounts are available until July 31st.
Event rules require participants to wear their bib numbers visibly at all times during the race and adhere strictly to instructions from organizers, volunteers, and officials. Violations may lead to disqualification.
