Ready to get faster, stronger, and become a more well-rounded runner? FAST 8 is an 8-week training program designed for runners of all experience levels who want to add speed work to their training and take their running to the next level.

Whether you're training for your first race, chasing a new personal best, or simply looking to diversify your weekly training, FAST 8 will introduce you to the importance of speed training and how it can improve your overall running.

Over the course of 8 weeks, we'll incorporate structured speed workouts designed to improve your pace, running efficiency, strength, and confidence. You'll learn how to properly approach speed work, understand the purpose behind different workouts, and build the tools you need to continue incorporating speed into your training long after the program ends.

FAST 8 is for EVERY runner. You don't have to be fast to participate — the goal is to become faster than you were before.

Come ready to work, learn, push yourself, and discover what you're capable of.
