EpicTrails 6km - Testing the trails

EpicTrails invites runners to explore the scenic trails of Scotland on September 3, 2026. The journey begins at Milngavie Train Station at 7pm and follows the Clyde Coastal Path and sections of the West Highland Way, offering a mix of coastal views and rugged terrain.
The event is guided by experienced leaders who are qualified in first aid and carry insurance to ensure safety throughout the run. Participants can expect a social atmosphere where no one gets left behind; regrouping at various points along the route ensures that everyone moves together regardless of pace.
For this outing, dogs and individuals under 18 years old will not be permitted due to liability concerns. The necessary equipment includes trail shoes and additional items specified in pre-run briefings depending on weather conditions or specific requirements for each section of the path.
Proceeds from the event cover operational costs with any surplus donated periodically to a local charity, making participation both enjoyable and meaningful. Participants are advised that refunds will only be issued if cancellation is made more than 24 hours before the start time.
