ENTRENAMENTS OFICIALS - LA POTA ROJA 2026

On October 25, 2026, runners of all levels are invited to the Complex Esportiu Ceraqua for an inclusive training day featuring three distinct routes: a challenging 24K course starting at 9 AM, a moderate 14K run beginning at 9:30 AM, and an accessible 8K option kicking off at 10 AM. Each route offers participants comprehensive hydration stations along the way to ensure they stay energized throughout their chosen distance.
The event also features a free car park for all attendees and complimentary changing facilities with showers available upon arrival. The day culminates in a post-run refreshment area where everyone can enjoy a final drink, regardless of which course they completed. This unique training opportunity is organized to support the charity Doctors Without Borders through optional donations.
Set against the backdrop of Ceraqua's vibrant sports complex, this event promises not only physical preparation but also an engaging community atmosphere for runners looking to enhance their endurance and connect with fellow athletes.
