Get ready to go green at the 2nd Annual San Antonio River Walk Emerald Run 5K!
Kick off your St. Patrick’s Weekend with an unforgettable afternoon run along the San Antonio River Walk, dyed a dazzling emerald green just for the occasion! Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a lucky jogger, or a leisurely stroller, this event is for everyone looking to celebrate with a bit of Irish spirit.
The fun starts with a high-energy warm-up dance party, setting the tone for a festive afternoon. Cross the finish line and claim one of our exclusive finisher’s medals—only the first 300 lucky participants will take home this golden treasure!
But the celebration doesn’t stop there! Show off your best leprechaun-inspired costumes for a chance to win exciting prizes, then head to one of our official after-party locations along the River Walk for music, great food, and the best views of the St. Patrick’s River Parade.
So grab your green gear, gather your lucky crew, and lace up those running shoes—it’s time to make the Emerald Run your new St. Paddy’s Day tradition! Calling all leprechauns, shamrock sprinters, rainbow chasers, and jig-joggers—we’ll see you at the starting line! 🍀🏃♂️🌈
