Bike Park Kernow presents the second and final round of its exclusive Mountain Bike Enduro series, offering riders an unparalleled mix of terrain that caters to both amateur enthusiasts and seasoned professionals. Located within Trenowth Woods along Grampound Road in Truro, Cornwall, this unique event promises a day filled with thrilling challenges across various stages.
The race format is designed as a mash-up style, allowing participants the freedom to tackle each stage at their preferred pace and multiple times if desired. The course itself features an exhilarating blend of fast open sections that transition seamlessly into tight, treelined singletracks characterized by rocky and rooty terrain. This dynamic layout provides numerous line choices for riders to explore and perfect.
With a registration fee of £40 per round or both rounds combined at £70, the event offers excellent value for those looking to test their skills against varied landscapes. On race day, competitors can expect an exciting morning start at 10am, culminating in finishes by 3pm when timing chips must be returned to ensure official results.
Competitors will find a range of categories available, with organizers ensuring that age groups are merged if necessary for fair competition and minimum participation requirements. Parents or guardians accompanying under-18 riders need to register separately through the provided entry options on SiEntries systems.
