About the Event

Join Kaylin Russeau Fitness for Bootcamp to accomplish your fitness goals!

Who: Our class welcomes all levels of fitness from the beginner to the advanced participant looking to improve their fitness & health by attending a class that is fun, community driven & challenging! Progressions and modifications are provided to make sure you are getting an awesome workout for your fitness level! You are in charge of how much you challenge yourself!

What: This Bootcamp class will be 4 weeks long in the beginning of October!

When: Tuesdays and Thursdays

Tuesdays - 10/6, 10/13, 10/20, 10/27
Thursdays - 10/8, 10/22, 10/29 (Pumpkin Class)

Time: 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Where: Middle School Cafeteria

Cost:
Tuesday and Thursday
$49 for 7 classes ($7.00 per class)

or

1 class per week: Monday 4 classes or Thursday 3 classes
$32 for 4 classes ($8.00 per class)
$24 for 3 classes ($8.00 per class)

** If Dundee Community Schools cancel after school activities, we will not be able to have class and we will establish a makeup day.
