Due to anticipated weather and ocean conditions, the Ocean Mile Swim scheduled for Saturday, August 15, has been cancelled in the interest of participant and volunteer safety. We are tentatively rescheduling the race for Saturday, August 22, pending approval of updated event permits. Our team is working with the appropriate agencies to make the necessary permit changes, and we will send confirmation as soon as the new race date is officially approved. Registration will remain open through August 20, and there will be no late fee for same-day registration on the rescheduled race date. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and flexibility as we work to safely bring the Ocean Mile Swim back to Waikīkī.
