DTK Marts løb Lindet Skov 2027 🎄

Join the Danish Dog Towing Club for their 6th race of the season, taking place on March 6, 2027, at Lindet Forest. This scenic woodland setting offers runners and their canine companions an inviting environment to enjoy a challenging yet rewarding experience.
The course is expected to be approximately 5-6 kilometers long, though it may be shortened if high temperatures are forecasted. For younger participants, there’s also a 2-kilometer route designed for children and casual walkers who wish to join in the fun without competition pressures.
On the day of the event, all competitors are required to attend an obligatory musher's meeting at 10 AM on Saturday morning. This gathering ensures everyone is up-to-date with race regulations and safety guidelines.
The race offers various categories including Canicross (DC), Junior Canicross (DCJ), Bicycles (DB1 & DB2), Scooters (DS1 & DS2), and Dog Sleds for both 4-dog teams (DR4) and larger 6-8 dog teams (DR6-8). Additionally, there’s a special section for children who can participate in the race on either Saturday or Sunday.
After crossing the finish line, enjoy some traditional Danish fare with grilled hot dogs served at the venue. This event is not just about racing; it's also an opportunity to socialize and celebrate the bond between humans and their furry friends amidst beautiful natural surroundings.
For more detailed information regarding start times and other specifics, participants will receive additional updates a week before the race date. Ensure you familiarize yourself with DTK’s race regulations upon signing up for this event.
Participants can register through the official website or by contacting the club directly to join as members if they are not already affiliated with the Danish Dog Towing Club.
