About the Event

The Discover the Greenway 5K+ will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 8:00 AM CDT, starting at the Wolf River Greenway - Shady Grove Trailhead on Humphreys Boulevard in Memphis, TN. The course is 3.5 miles along the Wolf River Greenway, running through a living canopy, restored habitats, and one of Memphis's most vital natural corridors. The event is designed for all ages and paces, focusing on being together outdoors, enjoying the trail, and supporting conservation. Awards are given for top overall and masters male/female, as well as top three in age groups from 9 & under to 80+.

All participants must follow event rules as provided by the organizer. Packet pickup opens at 6:30 AM on race day. Parking is available across the street at the Semmes Murphey Clinic (6325 Humphreys Blvd). The awards ceremony begins at 9:00 AM. The event supports the Wolf River Conservancy, and participants are encouraged to fundraise — raising $100 earns a "Run the Wolf" training tee.
