The Dirty Dog Trail Marathon and Half Marathon take place on Saturday, June 13, 2026, starting at the Military Reserve Flood Basin Dog Park in Boise, Idaho. This 10th annual event returns to the spectacular Ridge to Rivers Trail System in the Boise foothills, offering challenging marathon climbs with fast descents on single track, and a half marathon perfect for first-time trail racers.

Event Logistics & Participant Information:

Registration Deadline: Closes Saturday, June 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM MT.
Location: Military Reserve Flood Basin Dog Park, Boise, Idaho. Ridge to Rivers Trail System — Boise's backyard trails.
Marathon Aid Stations: Miles 4.5, 6.8, 14.5, and 21.5. Well-stocked with enthusiastic volunteers.
Half Marathon Aid Stations: Miles 4.5, 6.8, and 8.9. Well-stocked with enthusiastic volunteers.
Shirt Guarantee: Register after Saturday, May 30, 2026 — not guaranteed a shirt. Tank tops ordered by this date.
Terrain: Combination of single track trails and some dirt road sections.
