French Park originally started out in its entirety as a farm, is now one of the city's most picturesque parks. The 3.6 mile course will take runners through almost everything that the park has to offer. Starting at the top of the hill, runners will descend down into the meadow, through the tall grass, and then run the perimeter before heading into the interior of the park. The course will follow the creek and cross it several times, giving runners the option to either tiptoe over stepping stones, use log bridges, or dash directly through it. The course will then gradually rise back to the shelter and meadow where it began. The event coincides with Father's Day for 2026.

The Course:

The 3.6 mile course will take runners through almost everything that the park has to offer. Individual Event Awards:

NEW RACE AWARDS
The overall top male and overall top female in each race will receive a FREE pair of Altra Shoes. No duplicate winners allowed throughout the series, in this case a roll-down winner will be awarded.  PLUS: An additional FREE pair of Altra Shoes will be randomly awarded at each event.

Randomly drawn door prizes will be also be awarded at each event. (must be present to win, so stick around!)

T-Shirts:

Series shirts can be ordered with registration for $20 or you can purchase at the Fleet Feet tent on race day.

Registration Fee: $22.50  Pre-registration per race. Online Registration only. 

Kids 14 and under will receive a $5 discount at checkout. 

We also offer a season pass for the entire Dirt Days Trail Series. One price covers all eight events. More information. 

Online registration will be available on race day via mobile if we are not sold out. 

Race Day Registration and pick up:

There is no early packet pick up for this event. Check in on day of race is from 7:30 am through 8:45 am.
