About the Event

Join us for the 35th edition of the Silver Turf Run on Sunday, November 1, 2026! This jubilee event offers runners and walkers alike an exciting day filled with various distances to choose from.
Start your morning early by participating in the family-friendly GeZZinsloop (children's race) at 9:30 AM or take part in a leisurely walk of 10 kilometers starting between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM. For those who prefer more competitive races, there are two running options available - a scenic 5-kilometer run beginning at 11:15 AM and an exhilarating 10-mile race that kicks off promptly at 11:00 AM.
Whether you're joining with friends, family members, or colleagues from work or your club, the Silver Turf Run welcomes all participants. If you plan to compete as part of a team, be sure to include your organization's name during registration for added camaraderie and recognition on race day.
Secure your spot early by taking advantage of pre-registration until October 31, 2026, ensuring that you won't miss out due to capacity limits. Don’t forget to bring any applicable discount codes from Zorg en Zekerheid when picking up your starting number if you're a policyholder.
Race day registration will be held at Sporthal De Phoenix on Hoofdweg 85 in Mijdrecht, where you can collect your start numbers for the 5km and 10km runs. For those participating in the GeZZinsloop, head over to Argon kantine located nearby at Hoofdweg 85B.
