Cupid's Crush 5 Miler

Cupid's Crush is a 5 mile road race that takes place around the Valentine's Day holiday. The race will takes runners near the (almost complete...well maybe next year...or the year after) Druid Hill Lake and over the hills of Druid Hill Park. Debuting in 2015, this race has definitively become the Baltimore Road Runners February Classic. Join us for questionable Maryland weather and a challenging and fun race. And remember...love is in the air this time of year so wear your favorite Valentine's race attire (keep it classy). You may win a prize!

Date: February 1, 2026

Location: Druid Hill Park - Baltimore, MD - 9:00 am (race start)

Course: Scenic, rolling & winding throughout Druid Hill Park and around Baltimore Zoo. The original course has been rerouted due to the closure of the lake. The second half is still hilly and challenging. This is not a PR course.

11/01/2024 - 11/30/2024 - $35 for BRRC members, $40 for non-members. 

12/1/2024 - 12/31/2024 price increase bump to $40 for members, $45 for non-members. 

01/01/2025 - 02/02/2025 (race day) price increases to $45 for members, $50 for non-members. You can join BRRC today @ www.brrc.com

Premium Beanie guaranteed to first 350 registered runners, but cannot be guaranteed on race day!. The races has averaged 300-325 runners each year so you almost can count on a Beanie this year! 

Packet Pickup: Saturday January 31, 2026 @ Falls Road Running Store from 11am - 3pm. (6247 Falls Road. Baltimore 21209)

Race day at Lakeside Pavilion (starting line) starting at 7:30 am.

Amenities: All runners that register prior to race morning will receive the coveted Cupid's Crush Beanie! Free race photos available for download by BRRC's own John Roemer IV! Valentine's themed post race refreshments will be available after the race and beautiful custom slate awards for overall and age group winners.

Race Conditions: February in Baltimore. Who knows?

Awards: Top 3 overall male and female - overall male and female masters - top 2  for age group awards starting at 19 - under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, over 70 and new this year  - overall winner non-binary

Post Race: We'll have music, hot chocolate, and sweet treats. Awards will begin at 10:15 at the pavilion. This is a gussied up low-key race here, folks. Well, actually it's kinda like a premium, very cool, sexy race. Let's have some fun.

In the event of inclement or questionable weather: Information will be sent out via email prior to race morning. We will not issue refunds in the event of a cancellation on 2/01/2026 race day. Make up date will 2/15/2026 and no refunds will be issued should this final date also be canceled. Remember, all proceeds benefit the Baltimore Road Runners Club.
