Registration for the competition closes on September 23, 2026, at 11:59 PM, though late entries are accepted up until one hour before each race begins. Participants must be equipped with properly functioning mountain bikes and helmets that meet safety standards. The event promises a mix of asphalt roads, gravel paths, and challenging singletrack trails.
The course features several loops offering various distances to suit different age groups and abilities:
- A full loop measures approximately 2.5 kilometers (30 meters elevation gain).
- A shorter loop covers around 1.8 kilometers (15 meters elevation gain).
- The mini-loop is just over half a kilometer long.
The day kicks off with races for younger riders, including the U9 category at 9:30 AM and the U11 division starting shortly after at 10:00 AM. As the morning progresses, more challenging events take place such as the U15 race around midday and a relay event involving three-person teams from both U11 and U15 categories.
For older competitors, there are two main races in the afternoon:
- A timed 45-minute endurance challenge for riders aged between 2010/2011 to elite women born between 1997 and 2007.
- An hour-long time trial race aimed at male athletes from U19 through Masters II categories.
All winners across the various age groups will receive trophies, with potential additional prizes for top performers. Dusshing facilities are available on-site near the school complex where participants can freshen up after their rides.
